This Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites, which are not under the control of and are not maintained by us. We are not responsible for the content of such Web Sites. We provide these links for your convenience only but do not endorse nor edit nor vet the material on such Web Sites. We exclude all liability arising or resulting therefrom.

This Web Site, its contents, the services described, and /or supplied pursuant to, the same and these terms and the terms of any such supply shall be governed only by English law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims/disputes arising in relation thereto.

If any of these provisions shall be declared invalid in whole or in part, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions and/or part shall remain in full force and effect.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Every effort is made to display prices correctly but on rare occasions if a mistake has occurred, The Balloons Shop Online  will correct this mistake and inform the customer accordingly and the customer can then decide to proceed or cancel the order thereafter.

The Balloons Shop Online offer to supply the helium filled singing balloons selected by the customer. Each balloon will be secured by a ribbon and a weight and sent in boxes that are deemed suitable for this type of product by Royal Mail. If additional products are ordered, these will also be sent in the same box.

At the time of ordering the Customer must provide a correct daytime telephone number and e-mail address. Failure to provide this may result in the order not being sent.

The Balloons Shop Online cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer.

We reserve the right to substitute your balloon and / or gift with a similar choice if your first choice is out of stock. Where there is sufficient time before dispatch, the customer will be contacted and an alternative offered.

Helium foil 18" balloons normally float for about 6 days. However in cold temperatures the helium may cause the balloon to appear deflated but after re-entering into a warmer climate the helium expands and the balloon will be inflated once again.

Please note that balloon bouquets and singing balloons do not include colour co-ordinated tissue paper.

Once a delivery has been signed for at the address specified on the original order, The Balloons Shop Online will no longer be responsible and refunds will not be given if the balloon does not pass on to the named recipient

All balloons are perishable goods and The Balloons Shop Online will not accept returns and unwanted balloons. In the unlikely event of a product defect the customer must inform The Balloons Shop Online in writing within 5 days from receipt of that balloon. All packaging and contents of the carton must be kept until a collection can be arranged for the return of the defective balloon and subsequent inspection of it. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the claim being rejected. When additional items have been sent the refund amount will only apply to the defective product.

Full refunds will be issued for damaged goods.  For late delivery, refunds will be limited to the postage charge paid by the customer.  

Any dates quoted for delivery of orders are approximate only and The Balloons Shop Online shall not be liable for any delay in delivery however caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by The Balloons Shop Online.

In the event of a claim, settlement will be limited to the value of the goods, if defective or damaged and will in no way extend to consequential loss, howsoever caused.

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 days prior to the requested delivery date and a full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation. However once the goods have been dispatched and by virtue of the Distance Selling Regulations The Balloons Shop Online will be exempt from giving cancellation rights.

All orders submitted from this web site are deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and also, through PayPal and / or Protx, to take payment for balloons and additional items selected. A contract between the customer and The Balloons Shop Online will only be completed upon authorised payment receipt from PayPal.

Royal Mail will make deliveries to the main reception area of non-residential addresses and will not deliver direct to the final recipient.  This is due to security restrictions at non-residential addresses.  All deliveries to the main reception area are treated as delivery to the final destination.

For delivieries to more remote areas (as defined by Royal Mail) delivery cannot be guaranteed as next day. We will send the item an a day in advance to attempt to account for this, however we cannot gaurantee that Royal Mail will deliver on the day selected.

All our single balloons are packaged in a candy stripe box lined with tissue paper.
All our balloon Bouquets are packaged in a large candy stripe box with no tissue paper.

Free chocolates may very depending on availability.

Free chocolates are subject to availibility and the Balloons Shop Online reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Refunds may not be provided if orders are not received on selected date due to events out of our control. These include:
Natural disasters such as flooding, earthquakes etc.
Postal Strikes and other industrial actions
Acts of Terrorism

Balloons ordered for Scotland (and non mainland UK locatins)are transported by air and on rare occasions they have burst due to changes in air pressure. This is beyond BalloonsShops control and customers order for these destinations at their own risk.
