Delivery
Please note: Due to the air pressure involved in transporting inflated helium balloons abroad, they are likely to burst or deflate and therefore we cannot accept orders for delivery anywhere other than mainland England and Wales (unfortunately we cannot deliver to Scotland as Royal Mail transport balloons via Air Mail).
All delivery charges are per box and all deliveries are made via Royal Mail.
Guaranteed delivery
Price £4.95 for next day before 1:00 pm; £10.95 for next day before 9:00 am
This delivery will guarantee that the gift will be delivered on the date specified. This is best for time sensitive gifts such as birthdays, anniversaries etc. There are two options for guaranteed delivery - before 9:00 am and before 1:00 pm.
Saturday delivery
The Balloons Shop Online offers Saturday delivery for a small additional charge. There is an additional £2 charge for guaranteed Saturday delivery, resulting in a total charge of £6.95 for guaranteed before 1:00pm and £12.95 for guaranteed before 9:00am.
Please note:
Royal Mail service does not guarantee next day delivery but 99% of deliveries do arrive the next day. A very small number of deliveries may be late. Should your package arrive late, we will refund the postage charged on that order
Further details
To ensure your order is delivered the right location and on time please help us by providing the full Name and Address including postcode of the person you would like the gift sent to. We cannot take responsibility for any delivery issues as a result of incorrect information supplied at the time of order.
For guaranteed next day delivery by 9:00am orders must be received by 2:00pm. Alternatively you can order ahead of time and select your delivery date in advance.
Where Royal Mail has attempted to deliver the package and the recipient was not present, a card will be left stating an attempt was made and you will be able to collect the parcel from the Royal Mail depot. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery
Deliveries to non-residential addresses
Royal Mail will make deliveries to the main reception area of non-residential addresses and will not deliver direct to the final recipient. This is due to security restrictions at non-residential addresses. Delivery to the main reception area are treated as delivery to the final destination.
Next Day Deliveries
Royal Mail service does not guarantee next day delivery but 99% of deliveries do arrive the next day. A very small number of deliveries may be late. Should your package arrive late, we will refund the postage charged on that order. Please see our terms and conditions for further details
